
Fall Hibernation

Days are getting shorter
Cooler weather is starting
The pull to curl up on the couch and watch a movie is getting stronger
Girl, I feel you!
But you know what?
You have to push yourself!
You have to be the one to set and stick to your boundaries
And that includes what you're going to spend your time doing
What you're going to say yes to and what's going to get a big fat no
What's your future self going to gain from watching tv all evening and weekend?
In a month, 3 months, or 6 months are you going to kick yourself for not starting today?
Or maybe even worse, are you going to kick yourself for giving up?
The summer energy and drive is over, sad but true
The change in the weather feels draining, almost like wanting to hibernate
But you can't give in!
YOU've set a goal!
YOU've committed to reaching the goal!
And Sister, YOU'VE GOT THIS!
If you need to adjust/tweak/change your plan, then do it!
It's OK
Not every day is going to be perfect BUT every day you have to show up for YOU!
